Display measurements are diagonal measurements. They do not say how much of an app’s interface will be visible or whether a particular app supports a special layout.

Apple’s announcement describes experiences in Slack, Netflix, Zoom, and Detail. That is evidence that Apple highlighted those apps; it is not a compatibility audit of every feature, region, subscription tier, or app version. We list the examples as Apple-announced and leave hands-on status pending until a retail device and current app versions can be checked.

If you are comparing Duo with a conventional large phone, look at how you use the two displays, the folded thickness and weight, storage, and the software workflows you rely on.
